Our Team

Meet the friendly faces of Lost Pond Construction!

Jeff Tortorea, President

I have done renovations and home improvements for close to 30 years, starting as a young laborer on jobs my father took in his spare time while my brothers and I were young. I started the company when I realized I was having more fun doing remodeling side work than I was at my day job working as an HR consultant for a regional bank. As things grew busier and busier with remodeling projects on nights and weekends, I took the leap into self employment and never looked back. To say I am addicted to the life of an entrepreneur would be an understatement. My approach to the initial consultation is a bit unique. I spend a lot of time in my first meeting getting to know the family members whose lives will be most affected by the renovation, both during and after. I ask a lot of questions to make sure I thoroughly uncover the needs of the family, so I can develop a solution that meets those needs. The professional satisfaction of taking a project from initial consultation to design to renovation is profoundly rewarding.
