Full time office assistant
Performs billing and quality checking of orders completed by the field crews.  Must be proficient with the use of computers, including Excel, Word, Outlook and some basic knowledge of digital cameras both on and off the computer. Must have a proven track record of working well with limited supervision and have strong attention to detail.  Familiarity with residential construction helpful, but not necessary.  Duties include using computers to advise clients of the repairs that are needed on their foreclosed properties.  Other office duties like filing and cleaning as needed. Estimator/Sales
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in remodeling, with strong preference given to those who ran several jobs simultaneously.  Base salary plus job-level profit sharing provide very attractive earning potential.  This is a new position which will require high levels of initiative, customer service, sales and marketing, and leadership of employees and subcontractors. Field personnel – Preservation Specialist
Complete maintenance and repairs on houses that are in default or in foreclosure.  Duties include changing locks, performing lawn care, removing debris left behind by mortgagors, and completing repairs like plumbing and roofing.  Position is full time, 12 months a year.  Tools and transportation are provided.  Must submit to background check and drug test.  Must have valid drivers license.
